Ravishankar is an experienced Banker with over 15 years of experience in Indian and Global Banking. He has special Interest in E commerce, M commerce, Payment and Settlement systems, Cards and Banking technology.

Ravishankar is the Co-Founder and CEO of Nevales Networks and also Chairmain of the Board. He was also a part of the Founding team at YES BANK, India’s fastest growing and best mid sized bank. Prior to YES BANK he worked with ABN AMRO for 8 years and HDFC Bank for 2 years.  Building businesses ground up in quick time with a strong focus on P& L is his expertise. Innovations in Internet Banking, Contact Center and Mobile Payment technologies lead by him at YES BANK, received Global Recognition. His last assignment was as Group Executive Vice President and Country Head Direct Banking and Cash Management at YES BANK.

Ravishankar is frequent speaker at the top Industry events around Banking and Payments technologies across Asia. He is a member of various industry associations on banking and payments. Excellent communication and leadership skills have enabled him to build great teams and partnerships across the world.

Ravishankar has an MBA in Marketing and a Bachelor Degree in Economics.

Kaushik Thakkar is a seasoned Entrepreneur and Executive, with strong commercial focus, with hands on execution experience from building ventures from scratch to companies with global presence, including roles as VP Sales, VP Business Development, VP Strategic Development, VP Marketing, acting CEO and Board of Director. He has proven experience driving fundraising from Angel-funding to VC-funding. In addition to Nevales, Kaushik was a part of the founding team as well as board for PortWise and NewsCollective.

Kaushik is a dynamic and result oriented management professional with an excellent ability to build strongly motivated teams and sales forces World Wide, of Enterprise Sales, Channel Sales or SMB-sales, in Europe, Asia and North America. Kaushik’s specialities include Strategic Alliances, Business Development, Sales & Marketing, New Ventures, Executive Leadership and M&A. He is an excellent communicator with exceptional analytical, people management, and co‐ordination skills and deep understanding of the Indian and overseas business culture and the ability to work in highly diverse environments with people from varied backgrounds.

Kaushik holds a Masters Degree in Computer Science and Technology from Royal Institute of Technology, Sweden.

Sunija Rishi is an entrepreneur and executive with 10 years marketing experience in various facets of brand management, marketing communication, strategic planning and execution with start-up ventures as well as multinational corporations with global presence. She has worked closely in defining the core value proposition, branding, messaging, marketing strategy for multiple startup ventures and also has experience with corporate strategies, fund raising process and board reporting

With over 15 years of experience as entrepreneur, venture investor and corporate executive, Anand Lunia is an Executive Director at Seedfund, leading investments in tech, internet, education and retail ventures.

Anand was the co-founder of Brainvisa (One of India’s leading e-learning companies) where he created the business plan, led the team in fund raising and eventual exit of 5x for the investors. Anand also served as Executive VP – Operations of Hurix Technologies (A Deloitte Fast 50 company focusing on publishing services), and was responsible for 800 people strong operations, sales and marketing. He has previously worked at Asian Paints, ICICI Treasury and Lionbridge.

As an active Angel Investor, Anand has invested in successful startups like Inkfruit, a crowdsourcing apparel company and Faasos, a fast food chain.

Anand holds an MBA degree from IIM Lucknow and a Bachelor of Engineering degree.

He is familiar on the campuses of various IITs, IIMS, SP Jain and NITIE due to his active involvement in role of Guest Faculty, Business Plan mentor and Jury Member of Business Plan Contests. An active charter member of TiE, Anand loves to motivate entrepreneurs and help them with all startup challenges.
